Day 5: What do you want to carry forward from this experience — in your body and in your mind?
Similar prompts are shared in the WhatsApp group each morning of the fast. You're never asked to answer publicly — only to sit with the question.

Every round, I create a private WhatsApp group for everyone joining. You'll share check-ins, tips, honest moments, and encouragement with people going through exactly the same experience at exactly the same time.

Is this safe?
The ProLon program is based on peer-reviewed research. That said, fasting is not right for everyone. Please consult your doctor before starting — especially if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are on medication.
Will I be hungry?
Honestly? The first couple of days can be challenging. But the kit is designed to keep your body nourished enough to stay functional. By day three, most people find it becomes noticeably easier.
Can I keep working during the five days?
Yes — in fact, that's what I do. The program is designed around normal daily life. Many people report no significant drop in energy after the adjustment period.
What's actually in the kit?

Why do you do it four times a year?
The general recommendation for people focused on healthy aging is to complete the program quarterly. I chose to align it with each season as a way of making it a rhythm rather than a one-off event.
